2. Services & Orders

All artwork orders, including custom charcoal or portrait sketches, are confirmed upon full or partial payment. Minor variations in the final artwork are natural due to the creative process.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes. We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and other available methods. Refunds are only provided in special cases (see below).

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders canceled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations beyond that window, refunds may be partial and are subject to the artist’s discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork and images on this website are protected by copyright. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission from Rajan Maluuja Arts.

6. Delivery & Shipping

Physical artwork is shipped via trusted courier partners with tracking. Shipping charges may apply. For international deliveries, customs duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect or incidental losses. If a defect is found in the delivered artwork, our liability is limited to a refund or replacement.
